About the role:  As a business developer at NBV, you will play an important role in developing the community through study circles, cultural events, or other projects that promote sobriety, inclusion, democracy, and community life as well as cultural life.

  • Establishes and maintains relationships with associations, networks, groups, and public organizations 

  • Plans and initiates activities in the areas of sobriety, inclusion, democracy, and community life as well as cultural life 

  • Supports our partners and ensures that our activities maintain good quality 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has active contacts and networks in the association and cultural life in the inland of Norrland, and has an easy time making new connections 

  • Has the ability to drive an idea from thought to reality 

  • Can present ideas in an inspiring way 

  • Can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish 

  • Is comfortable using social media in your work 

Your qualities  You are creative and enjoy that no day is the same. The work is independent and goal-oriented, so you need to be good at organizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Administration, budget, and finance are part of the job, and you need to have a B driver's license to move freely in the inland of Norrland. As part of your daily work, there will be travel both during the day and, if necessary, overnight stays.

 We place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for someone who shares our values. This means that you either already live completely sober or, upon employment, commit to living completely sober and becoming a member of one of our member organizations.  

The following is meritorious Knowledge of folk education, experience in the ANDTS area and/or recovery, as well as experience working in an association board or other trust assignments is meritorious.

What can NBV offer you? The position is located in Östersund and is a permanent position at 100%, with a 6-month probationary period and an average working week of 38.5 hours. We have goal-oriented working hours, which means you plan your working hours based on your work. There may be work in the evenings and weekends. You will have varied and stimulating tasks and the opportunity to work with inspiring and knowledgeable colleagues.
